Information Collection and Use
Privacy is of the greatest importance to us. We share the paramount concern that many public interest organizations have with protecting the integrity of information gathered from supporters and participants. Our policy is to protect personal information shared with us concerning an individual’s name, address, phone number or e-mail address. Any such information gathered by CGS is kept confidential and is only shared within CGS and with our partner organizations for the express purpose of keeping the subscriber up to date on the subject to which they have subscribed. This information is never sold or provided to other outside organizations, and users may unsubscribe at any time.

Web Statistics
Our Web server recognizes the IP addresses of visitors to our site. IP addresses are used to supply aggregate information about Web traffic for reporting purposes. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Mailing List Subscription
Visitors may choose to subscribe to the Video Voter mailing list and provide their name and email address to CGS. Additional demographic information is requested, but not required. CGS uses the list to distribute updates about Video Voter and other CGS projects. A person may unsubscribe at any time by visiting http://cgs.grassroots.com/unsub. CGS does not sell its lists.

Ad Servers
We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

Information Disclosure
Upon request we provide site visitors with access to all information [including proprietary information] that we maintain about them, including unique identifier information (e.g., customer number or password), contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number), and any other relevant information.
